(a)   The fees required by section 2-401 are as follows:

(1)   Unneutered male cats and dogs    $8.00

(2)   Neutered male cats and dogs        4.00

(3)   Unspayed female cats and dogs    8.00

(4)   Spayed female cats and dogs        4.00

(5)   Late fee (initial late fee)   0.50

(6)   Late fee (per additional month late)          0.50

(b)   The fees required by section 2-401(h) are as follows:

(1)   Replacement of registration tag    $1.00

(2)   Transfer of registration    1.00
