ARTICLE 3. BOWLING ALLEYS

5-301. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person, firm, corporation or association convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

5-302. Time of closing.

All bowling alleys or premises shall be closed and vacated by all persons except the proprietor or person in the proprietor’s employ at 12:00 midnight of each day, and not open to the public before 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
